Access the best user training from experienced Volbase developers. Training can be delivered on site or at our offices. For experiential learning we can provide a ‘hands on’ format, or a lecture format if desired. We can train all your users or we can 'train the trainer'. In-house training is facilitated by our product documentation and handouts. You will also be able to take advantage of online training videos which will be available soon to registered Volbase users.
Support and Maintenance
A Volbase Support and Maintenance contract entitles you to receive support and help directly from 3rdbase. It also entitles you to upgrades for Volbase as and when these become available at no extra cost. The service protects your investment in Volbase; ensuring business continuity by providing access to the most detailed technical and business skills available. Support extends beyond fixing technical issues; we help you get the best out of Volbase with guidance and tips on how to use it effectively to deliver solutions to your business problems.
Installation
Help is at hand to install your software. Using remote desktop services, or on-site, we can install your server side software and your desktop clients. 3rdbase is happy to work closely with your network support staff or agency to deliver a swift and clean installation of Volbase and where required, office and SQL Server.
Configuration
Volbase is useable out of the box. However, by taking advantage if its configurability, data sets can be extended to allow you to capture required information and manage the status of records to suit your business processes. Whilst many customers learn to configure Volbase themselves, you can take advantage of our services to configure Volbase quickly and expertly to meet your project requirements.
Data Migration
In order to get off to a quick start, you might like to import data from other databases into Volbase. We can import from a wide variety of sources, and reconstruct data to adapt it to the Volbase data model. We can provide de-duping when importing from a variety of legacy databases.
Project Management
